The MGJ 225 Pint Pro represents our latest fourth-generation dehumidification technology, designed specifically for cannabis cultivation and controlled environment agriculture. With a ceiling-mounted design, it saves valuable floor space while maintaining stable humidity control.
This unit provides a dehumidification capacity of ≈106 L/day (225 Pints/Day), making it suitable for medium- to large-scale grow rooms, particularly in environments where low night-time temperatures and high humidity present operational challenges.
A single unit can effectively cover up to 10 × 1000W LED grow lights, providing reliable dehumidification and ensuring a balanced environment across multi-layer cultivation systems.
Over years of research and hands-on practice in cannabis grow facilities worldwide, MGJ has continuously upgraded its dehumidification technology to solve real cultivation problems:
1st Generation – Basic commercial dehumidifiers: relied on compressor stop/fan defrost cycles, poor low-temp efficiency, outlet air too warm.
2nd Generation – Added electric defrost rods and anti-corrosion coatings on coils, faster defrost, improved durability.
3rd Generation – Introduced the three-stage system:
Pre-condenser (on-demand heating)
Nickel-coated evaporator (core dehumidification, corrosion resistant)
Rear condenser (reheat and air balance)
This solved frosting issues during night cycles and reduced HVAC load.
4th Generation (Current) – Comprehensive redesign of airflow and internal circulation, replacing the copper tube pre-condenser with a larger plate heat exchanger. This significantly improves low-temperature stability, reduces defrost frequency, and enhances continuous dehumidification performance while saving installation space.

围绕“关灯低温易结霜、湿度难稳定、设备耐腐蚀”三大痛点,我们经历了四代技术演进:
第一代:传统家商用思路,依赖压缩机停机+风机化霜;低温除湿效率下降明显,出风温度偏高。
第二代:在蒸发器加入 电加热化霜,并对换热器实施 纳米镀镍防腐;化霜速度提升、耐腐蚀增强。
第三代:提出 三段式换热结构——
前置冷凝器(按需)→ 纳米镀镍蒸发器 → 后置冷凝器(再热),夜间微量升温抑制结霜,后段再热平衡出风温度、降低空调负荷。
第四代(当前):在第三代基础上,重新设计内部气流路径,优化风道与换热面积,将前置铜管冷凝器升级为更大通道的板式换热器,在低温条件下进一步提升防霜稳定性与除湿连续性,同时保持整机占用空间与安装灵活性。
研究结论:在种植房“日间灯开-夜间关灯”周期下,稳定的露点管理与抑霜机制,是实现 24/7 连续除湿 的决定性要素;材料耐腐蚀与出风温度管理,则与 能耗、空调协同、花品一致性 直接相关。第四代架构正是基于这一实践沉淀。
板式前置换热(按需参与):夜间或低温时段对进风做微量热管理,使蒸发器工作点远离结霜区,减少化霜频次,保证除湿不中断。
纳米镀镍蒸发器(核心除湿段):应对大麻种植环境常见的 肥料气体、硫化物与弱酸碱湿气,维持换热效率与使用寿命。
后置冷凝器(再热段):将空气“除湿但不过冷”,减小对空调系统的反复负荷,有利于 能耗与露点的整体平衡。
天花安装与短风道设计:抬高空气回路,减少局部死角与占地;更适配 层架种植/窄通道 布局。
MERV-13 高效过滤:兼顾除尘与运行稳定,降低冷凝器/蒸发器结垢风险。
MGJ 225 Pint Pro 可与 MGJ-158L Pro 落地式防腐除湿机 组成“上层(吊顶)+ 下层(落地)”的分布式除湿系统:
吊顶机负责 冠层以上 空间除湿与再热,避免顶层热湿堆积;
落地机负责 底层与通道 的湿气回收,缩短空间湿度均衡时间;
两者共同减轻空调负荷,支持 24/7 连续控湿。
